Worry-Free Delivery Insurance covers packages, damaged packages, and delivery delays.

Claims Filing Access

To report a claim, you can either click the "Report an Issue" button in the confirmation email sent by Seel after you placed your order, or go directly to the Seel Resolution Center.

You’ll just need to provide the email address used when placing the order and the order number.
Seel will process your request within 24 hours. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact support@seel.com.

Payout Options

Once your payout request has been reviewed & accepted, you will choose a method of payout.

General timing is listed below:

  • Direct Deposit: 1-3 business days following return acceptance
  • PayPal Transfer: 1 hour following return acceptance
  • Venmo Transfer: 1 hour following return acceptance

1. Can I cancel the Seel Worry-Free Delivery service and get a refund?

Yes! You can cancel it for a refund if you no longer need it. Please follow the steps based on your purchase time:
  • If it’s within 24 hours of purchase:
    Click the cancellation link provided in your confirmation email.
  • If it’s more than 24 hours after purchase:
    Click here to submit a refund request through our support form.

2. What should I do if my claim is denied?

A: If your claim is denied and you believe it was a mistake or would like more information, please contact Seel’s customer support directly at support@seel.com. They will be able to explain the reason for the denial and assist you with further steps if needed.
