Pitaka overall is a fantastic company with great products. I have used many many of their cases and have been happy with cases providing great protection. However, this is the first time I have issues with their cases, in particular with this classic slim cases. I have 2 of these classic slim cases on my S24 ultra and 1 of the new pin button cases on the other. Of the 3 s24 ultra phones, the two protected with the classic slim cases resulted with a cracked back glass (see pics). The third protected with the new pin case button, no issues. I am overall pretty rough with my phones but to have the back screen cracked like this? The cases protected the front very well on major drops but I believe due to the very tight unflessible fit, upon drops, it does not absorb impacts well causing pressure to crack the rear glass. Now having to fix 2 of my phones, Samsung charges $150 per phone to fix the glass. However, with that said, Pitaka is a great company providing excellent overall products with great customer service support and retention. If you are looking for the ultimate protection, get the full pin protection case. It's not as light as the slim cases but overall better and lighter than any case on the market.

This is the best ultra slim case you can get for the S25. Keeps the same feel of the phone without a case, but has the added protection of the aramid fibers. It's very thin but feels very strong and sturdy. The magsafe magnets are incredibly strong as well, and the metallic ring gives added protection to the lenses and looks really nice to boot. I've got two now in different colors and I would highly recommend this case. 10/10

This case gives me the slim profile I love while actually protecting my phone. The material has this perfect slightly rough texture that feels great in hand. The dark gray color looks professional. Arrived in just 5 days with standard shipping!

I am new to Pitaka, having discovered them while searching for a high-end case for my new Galaxy S25 Ultra. I was bored of the usual suspects and looking for something different without sacrificing quality. This black/grey case is my 2nd one. The first was a limited edition Snake Ridge Sunny Day case that is gorgeous. I absolutely love it.I decided a 2nd case was in order, for work and work-related functions. Something conservative and complementary to my Ridge wallet.Pitaka cases are well made with precise cut-outs and, while not grippy, they provide enough tactile feel that I don't worry about the device slipping out of my hand. I wanted minimalist but with raised camera and front glass cover. That ruled out a lot of other higher-end cases.Overall, I am very happy with Pitaka and now my wife wants a new iPhone so she too can get the Snake Ridge case (and matching MagSafe Grip).
