Amazing case, though the local shipping was a headache

I absolutely love the PITAKA × Harvard case for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. The quality is incredible, it feels extremely premium, and the design looks fantastic in hand.

The only downside was the local delivery here in Mexico. The last-mile courier (J&T Express) was a mess with their tracking, and since I had a trip coming up, I couldn't just sit and wait. I actually had to drive down to their local station twice until I finally found the manager to get my package.

If you're judging just the product, it’s an absolute 10/10 and totally worth it. PITAKA's support team was also really helpful and responsive while I was dealing with the shipping stress.

The case is rigid and feels good, there’s carbon texture and the color is vibrant and beautiful. For nicely with the phone and the pitatap works wells with the phone.
Shipping is beyond excellent, ordered it on Wednesday and 3 days after (Saturday) it arrived. Global shipping.
