1. How can I participate in PITAKA's Black Friday Spin-to-Win?
Step 1: Enter your email address and click "Try your luck". (Each email address can participate only once.) Step 2: After spinning the wheel, you'll receive an email with a special coupon for a free gift, along with instructions on how to use it. Place an order during the Black Friday event to claim your gift. Step 3: When the event begins, you'll get another email with your redemption code and instructions. Click the link in the email to head over the product page for your prize and add it to your cart. Note: Coupons can only be used during the Black Friday event.

2. How do I use the discount code?
(1) Once the event begins, visit our website and add your favorite items to your cart. (2) Go to the checkout page, enter the coupon code you received by email, and complete your payment. Where to Enter Your Discount Code: Mobile: At the checkout page, click "Order Summary", then enter your discount code in the box beneath your order details. Desktop: Enter your code in the discount box at the top right of the checkout page. Note: Your prize will be shipped with your purchased items. In the case of stock shortages, prizes may be shipped separately.
